wagyu carne crudo with shaved parmagiano reggiano and crostini. - yum! i've not really been a big carne crudo fan, but this was fantastic!
pork ciccioli with hens egg, deep fried pickled huckleberries on greens
seared foie gras with pink lady apple, candied ginger and cocoa nibs
veal sweetbreads with fried pantellerian capers and parsley
d'arby winery again. yes, it too was good
butternut squash risotto with balsamic and parm. reg.
zupa dela sera - house made brodo nothing short of delicious
rabbit angolotti with sage and peccorino (or maybe it was parm reg.)
fillet of steelhead on potato puree
wagyu flat iron steak with red wine reduction
house made gelati in chocolate, vanilla, and gee i actually did forget the 3rd flavor, with wafer
maple torte with bourbon anglaise, carmalized apples, and bacon brittle
