billy allstot's heirloom tomatoes with ligurian olive oil
a few years back when we were in italy we had fresh tomatoes at a lot of meals and i now have a new fondness for fresh, good, tomatoes.
this plate is so simple and it was so full of flavor!
goat cheese gnocci with heirloom cherry tomatoes, guanciale and marjoram.
wow. the gnocchi is so soft and light, and the cerry tomatoes just pop in your mouth. fantastic!
